正如余博士所讲的，21世纪是一个充满激烈竞争的世纪，作为一名成功的管理者，不仅要有应对问题、困难和挫折的能力，还要与客户、同事、合作伙伴和供应商建立良好的人际关系，因此，提升个人的沟通艺术，运作好人际关系，就成为事业成功的重要环节。我们公司目前处在发展的关键阶段，如何正确实施公司的发展战略，抓住千载难逢的发展机遇，这就要求我们这些管理人员，切实提高自身素质，利用一切可以学习的机会，丰富提升自己的沟通艺术水平，创造性的完成公司交给的各项工作，有力推动公司的各项事业顺利进行。
