上课开始,我先播放英文歌曲,让学生跟唱歌曲,使音乐与英语融为一体,让孩子放松心情,在快乐中学习,既活跃了课堂气氛,吸引孩子注意力又激发学生学习兴趣,激活了学生思维,为下面新知学习奠定基础。
二、教学设计结构紧凑,过渡自然,层层递进,环环相扣。
在本节课的教学中,首先播放英文歌曲“our school”,自然引入到本单元要谈论“学校”这一话题,即促进学生对本节课新单词的学习,又活跃了课堂氛围,激发了学生的学习兴趣。然后在新课呈现中,通过展示校园图片方式,既形象又直观然后引导他们大胆去说,紧接着通过看图连单词,即对词汇“playground, garden, teacher’s office, library, canteen”起到了复习目的又为下面学生进行会话练习奠定基础. 最后小组合作,利用所学知识作对话,介绍自己学校,从而引领学生自然而然的投入到本节课的学习中。

本节课是一堂词汇课,重点培养孩子听说能力,所以在课堂上,首先通过展示图片,几乎让班上的每一位孩子都有机会去说,最后会话练习,通过小组合作去表演,培养了孩子合作能力和综合运用语言的能力。
四、本节课多采用直观性的教具,来加深孩子的印象。
在本节课,主要通过展示图片、选择我们自己熟悉的校园来引导孩子们学习,例如:在教授这五个词汇时,首先展示图片让孩子自己去说然后纠正,紧接着老师再充分利用通过看图连单词,然后看图说话,既直观又形象加深学生的理解。
不足之处:一是在进行到最后一个教学环节时介绍自己学校时,多数学生完成不好,不知如何去说。二是在教授canteen和library这两个词汇时,让学生简单介绍如何文明就餐和在图书馆阅读时,部分学生不太积极,参与较少,没有达到预想效果。
改进措施:①设计最后一个教学环节介绍自己学校,如果事先准备一张学校地图让学生看图说话,效果会更好。②今后对孩子在课堂上的表现要及时给予评价和反馈,多鼓励或适当采取物质奖励来增强他们的自信心,调动他们参与积极性。

1、学生在上课前画一幅自己喜欢的职业图,并写上单词,上课时贴在胸前,方便小组活动和课堂教学。
2、选用实物投影仪、相关的职业的图片、一些职业的道具、录音机、录音带。
?说教法、学法】
课堂教学是实施素质教育的主渠道,为了更好的突出重点、突破难点,我根据小学四年级学生的心理特点及教学内容,采用了任务型的教学模型,通过唱游、直观情景教学、小组活动、扮演、游戏等来实现师生互动、生生互动的教学场面,通过多种形式的活动,让学生再活动中学,在活动中用,逐步帮助学生掌握良好的学习习惯。
?说教学程序】
教学目标的确立,教法学法的设计,最终要在教学程序中体现,因此合理安排教学程序是教学成功的关键,结合学生的认知规律,我在这个课时安排了五个教学环节:
1、歌曲热身,引入新知
2、学习新知,多样巩固
3、多方活动,探究发展
4、展示评价,促进发展
5、课外延伸,巩固发展
(一)歌曲热身,引入新知
小学四年级的学生仍然爱唱、爱跳。一开始我设计了sing ,既复习旧的职业的单词,又激发学习兴趣,二我设计了拿职业图,运用what’s ___job? what does ___do?来复习并引出新的职业的单词dentist,ambulance man.。
(二)学习新知,多样化巩固
1、小学生直观性思维比较强,我利用职业的图片、句型:what’s ___ job? what does ___do?what can ___ do?来教学新单词,指导发音,注重升降调,并渗入chant的内容,再利用two by two、four by four、男女读来熟练单词,加大参与面,有效的改变后进生不开口的局面。
2、为了了解学生的掌握情况,让学生齐读板书的单词、词组,使我更快的收到教学的反馈信息。
3、巧编chant,巩固单词。

catch , catch , catch , policemen catch criminals.
drive , drive , drive , ambulance men drive an ambulance.

并配合动作来引导学生记、理解单词。
4、现在学生对新知识有一定的掌握,我让学生做fun with language,巩固了学生对新知识的了解,使学生的写得到训练。
5、玩是小学生的天性,我设计了游戏:能力大检查。t:do you check my teeth ?如符合自己喜欢的职业就站起来,如此反复,既加大单词的呈现率,让人人都能展示自己,达到教学的全体性。
(三)多方活动,探究发展
为了让学生更好的运用语言,我设计了职业大调查:
首先是四人小组内的问答调查,跟着是全班性的职业调查,让学生在活动中用,发展学生运用语言的能力。
(四)展示评价,促进发展
1、为了让四人小组活动得到良性的循环,展示学生的调查成果,并以此促进小组之间的良性竞争。
2、开展学生自评、小组互评活动,让学生更好的了解自己,改变自己,逐步形成良好的学习习惯。并向学生宣传职业不分贵贱,行行出状元的思想教育,激发学生努力学习,将来更好的报答社会。
(五)课外延伸,巩固发展
作业是课后对课堂的延伸、巩固,并根据学生的爱好,为了更好的发展学生综合运用语言的能力,我设计了两类作业:
1、基础作业
a、抄新单词和重点句子。
b、画1幅自己喜欢的职业图,写至少2个轮回的对话。
如:a:what’s your job? b: i am teacher.
a: do you help us to learn. b: yes.
2、自选作业:了解其他职业的职能。.
?说教学效果】
在整节课的教学中,我着力创设各种语言情景,通过歌曲、操练、chant、活动、表演、游戏等多种教学手段来学习、巩固、运用语言,激发兴趣,并且注重了教学的全体性,突出了以学生为主体,让学生在活动中学,在活动用,使学生的听说读写得到全面的提高。并让学生了解一些职业及一些职业的职能,使学生明确:职业不分贵贱,行行出状元。
