有一次我去姥姥家小区的假山上玩，听到两个老奶奶坐在石椅上说：“听说这几个大土坑是要放大柱子的。”说着手边指向了那个装满垃圾的大土坑。我的目光也跟了过去，大吃一惊。只见那个大图坑简直是脏极了，有吃剩的雪糕、残留着辣油的塑料袋……看上去实在是太恶心了，简直可以起名字叫“臭垃圾坑”了，我赶紧离开那儿。
想想以前，假山上草丛郁郁葱葱，花香扑鼻而来。夏天我们在草丛里捉蛐蛐，听着那蟋蟀的歌声也是一种美好，而现在呢？估计连蛐蛐都都不愿意在这里安家了。假山上我们的欢笑也消失了。如果我是那个大土坑，人们把垃圾扔过来时，我多烦心呀！所以我们一定要爱护我们的家园环境。

大气污染有的是由于森林火灾、火山爆发等自然因素造成的；有的`则是由汽车尾气、工业废气、烟尘、爆炸等人为因素造成的，其中人为因素对大气的污染是主要的，尤其是现代交通运输和工业生产对城市大气造成的污染更为严重。因此人们对大气污染问题越来越关切。
造成大气污染的物质有：一氧化炭co、二氧化硫so2、一氧化氮no、臭氧o3以及烟尘、盐粒、花粉、细菌、苞子等。
距地面几十米的近地面层大气，是人类和生物的生存空间。这一层空气质量的好坏直接影响着人类的生产和生活。近年来，由于交通运输业的发展，排放出的大量汽车尾气与空气中的一些物质成分发生化学反应，生成对人体十分有害的一氧化氮、臭氧、乙醛等新物质。
悬浮在大气中的各种气溶胶粒子，按其大小可分为降尘和飘尘。其中降尘的粒子较大，直径大于10微米，它的自然沉降率较快。它与人类支气管炎的死亡率和农业减产有很大关系；飘尘粒子较小，直径一般在0.1—1.0微米。其自然沉降率很小，故悬浮在大气中的生命史较长。随着粒子的减小有毒元素的浓度将增加。通常小于0.3微米的飘尘能直接吸入肺泡，如长期积累，会损害呼吸机能，引起哮喘、肺气肿、矽肺和肺癌等不治之症。由于飘尘的污染期长和毒性强，因此它的危害性大。当大气中气溶胶粒子增加到一定程度以后，就会出现烟雾弥漫，能见度降低，太阳辐射减弱等现象。
近地面层大气污染程度与气象条件密切相关，存在着明显的季节变化和日变化。一般冬季的早晨和傍晚在无风的天气条件下空气污染最为严重。夏季由于空气层结不稳定，污染物易向高空扩散，因此一般污染不会太严重。

垃圾污染包括了工业废渣污染和生活垃圾污染两大类。它的危害很大，对水环境、大气环境、土地质量以及人体健康等都会造成严重的不良影响。垃圾，人们讨厌它，可是，垃圾的制造者是谁呢？造成垃圾污染的又是谁呢？让我们走进生活瞧一瞧吧——
路上走过一个青年人，他手中拿着一罐可乐和一包食品，吃完了，随手就将可乐罐和食品包装袋丢在了地上，完全无视不远处的垃圾箱。随后，又走过了许多人，但却没有一个人俯身将垃圾捡起来丢进垃圾箱。
这只是生活中一个很常见的例子。虽然垃圾的产生不可避免，并且因为人口的增长，垃圾的数量也与日俱增，但是为什么人们不能主动将垃圾扔进垃圾箱呢？又为什么看到垃圾不能将它捡起来呢？虽然你可以说，大家都在扔，我再怎么捡也只是杯水车薪，太微不足道了。但是，如果每个人都这么做，至少我们可以控制生活垃圾污染的扩大。

树林减少
讲起树木，我就得说说我家门前了。那里原先是一片树林，树木郁郁葱葱，远远望去真是绿涛层叠，如诗如画。童年的我生活在这样美妙的环境之中，真是快乐无比。可是好景不长，有一天，来了一群人，把这里的树木全部砍掉了！如今我家门前如“荒山秃岭”，以往那种蜂飞蝶舞、百鸟争鸣的景象也荡然无存了；以往风一吹，树叶就会翩翩起舞，而如今却是飞沙走石，掀起的尘土让人眼睛都睁不开。我痛心疾首，却也无可奈何。
这仅仅是一处地方，那更多的地方呢？人们不知道保护树木资源，不加节制地开采树木资源，一张纸没有写完就丢掉、长时间使用木质一次性筷子等等因素都导致了树木数量急剧减少。日复一日，年复一年，地球上的绿色越来越少，连带着，鸟几这些动物朋友也失去了栖息之地。如今，人类的生活质量已经大大下降，空气变差，环境变差，身体变弱……让我们尽量少砍树、多种树吧！让地球再次成为人类的“天然氧吧”吧！
水资源受到破坏
水，是生命之源！我们的生活处处都离不开水。可如今，大量的工业污水、生活垃圾被排放到水中，导致原本清澈见底的湖水变成了又脏又臭的黑水；原本在湖水中自在游荡的小鱼，几近绝迹；更别说以前常见的在湖边洗菜洗衣的人了，谁还敢在这样的水中洗刷呢？更重要的是，人们生活中不可缺少的饮用水，也多了一股浓浓的消毒水味！想想以前那甘甜的水吧，水资源的污染，不仅影响环境，更直接威胁了人类的生存！
